Hazel Path Dental has been a part of the Hendersonville community for over four decades, founded on the belief that every patient deserves honest, compassionate care. Led by Dr. Jerry Sullins, the practice has grown into a trusted name for generations of local families.
Once Dr. Sullins entered retirement, his son-in-law, Dr. Brad Greives, proudly continued the family-owned tradition. With the same commitment to quality and personal connection, Dr. Greives and the team remain dedicated to providing the comfortable, relationship-based care that has defined this practice since the beginning.
Our History
What started as a small, family-run dental office has grown into a modern practice rooted in tradition. Generations of patients have trusted us with their care because of our genuine commitment to comfort and quality. While technology and techniques have evolved, our focus remains the same: providing exceptional dentistry with a personal touch.
Meet Dr. Brad Greives
Dr Greives graduated from Purdue University and earned his DDS at the University of Tennessee. In 2010, he began practicing dentistry alongside his father-in-law and mentor, Dr Jerry Sullins, where they worked together for twelve years. Dr Greives became the owner of Hazel Path Dental in 2022.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing golf, spending time on the lake, hanging out with his family, and entertaining his 3 rescue dogs, Peach, Scarlett, and Charlie.
